You would be responsible for recruitment, supervision &amp; development of sales agents- teams (managing both on - roll and off- role individuals). You would be responsible for managing 4 Branches/ Offices/ Agencies managing revenue target for assigned offices managing portfolio size of 8-10 cr. Responsibilities: - Meeting the revenue targets for the assigned offices and managing multiple branches - Tracking the productivity measures as per the GPA : Premium per agent, case rate, persistency, Paid cases per agent, YTD appointments, Retention Rate and annual WFYP standards. - Identifying, interviewing and selecting Agency Development Managers and conducting weekly performance review (PRP) for ADMs - Ensuring retention of ADMs by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis. - Supervising the activity plan of ADM &amp; Agents to ensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired standards - Ensuring that all ADM and Agents under supervision perform as per the company's rules and regulations Requirements: - MBA from reputed university/college with 12 + years of experience in Agency Sales, recruitment, supervision and development of people coming from Life Insurance background. - Proven track record of delivering recruitment targets and insurance sales. - Strong sales management and insurance sales experience. - Prior experience in managing multiple branches / offices responsible for revenue target for assigned offices managing a portfolio size of 8-10 cr. - High on energy, drive, passion, and commitment with ability to challenge status quo in an enabling style.
