Our client is a leading player in the Advisory space and their clients include top 5000 companies in the world, including 80% of Fortune 1000 companies. They are currently looking for Senior Advisors in Aerospace and Defense, to bring about a transformational impact on client engagement with strong thought leadership in identified high growth sectors, as well as to build successful and rewarding careers for talented individuals who wish to undertake the challenging role.
Our client is looking for a candidate having consulted and having domain expertise and knowledge in the following areas of Aerospace & Defense:
- Aerospace (All areas)
- Aviation (Aircraft Platforms and Aircraft systems)
- Unmanned Systems (UAVs, USVs, UUWVs)
The Roles and Responsibilities of the Advisor are as follows:
- Build the practice and maximize its potential and benefit to target clients, become an ultimate Gold Standard worldwide.
- The biggest role expected from the Advisor will be to influence clients as an authority on the subject- that we can help them estimate their revenues from new product/existing product, new market/existing market, new partners/existing partners, new territories/existing territories better than any other research firm. Based on the revenue stakes of clients, the Practice Head will collaborate with multiple practice advisors based on what can impact the revenues of clients. 100% of the Advisor's time is expected to be client facing or to be spent on related activities.
- Build a panel of minimum three subject experts outside India, preferably in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
- Advisors will also carry the PnL responsibility. They will have a revenue quota unlike subject matter experts.
- Advisors are expected to have sound industry understanding, strong client-influencing skills, strong business development experience, and a strong business acumen to connect the dots/business problems/existing research and client pain points.
- Advisor will present a Practice Brief to the Selection Committee, which would help them gauge the potential of the practice.
- As part of the selection process, advisors will ensure early interest from clients to validate the potential of the practice.
- Upon full approval of the practice, Advisor will prepare a list of target accounts, thought leadership, and a list of validated pain points. Advisors will constantly stay updated with the industry and company developments, strategies, best practices, and pain points around the practice.
- Advisor will create a strategic thought-leadership document that will serve as a centerpiece and presentation material to advocate our point-of-view and thought leadership on the sector with clients.
- Will spend almost 80% of the time on client engagement, leveraging all touch points, to continuously engage with the who's who in the respective ecosystem.
- Build thought leadership in respective practices.
- Develop, train, and mentor analysts who will help you build your practice.
Academic Qualification
- Post-Graduation Mandatory
- Graduate (BE/BTech/BSc) + MBA from leading School.
- Minimum 60% in UG & PG is Mandatory
