Description :
- Identify, prioritize and drive execution of Process Improvement projects
- Partner with the shared service automation team
- Standardize shared service processes
- Drive end-to-end process integration
- Undertake SAP Process Improvement Leader responsibilities
- Remain abreast of external trends and best practices (process & tools) in finance and shared services
Profile :
- Bachelor/Master degree with a focus on Finance or Accounting and with an experience of 7-11yrs
- Strong Experience in Closing Reporting & Reconciliation; R2R and having operational expertise with PMO will be an added advantage
- Experience working in delivery or improvement of finance processes in a shared services environment
- The clear understanding of how shared services deliver value to the business and a desire to drive improvement in how we operate
- Strong project management, communication & stakeholder engagement skills
