Graduation or Post Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics, Pursuing Actuarial Exams, Passed one to three exams
- One - two years of relevant work experience
- Pensions or insurance domain experience will be an advantage
- Manages valuations independently and makes sure all deliverables are completed
- Helps less experienced colleagues prioritize valuations
- Project management responsibilities
- Provides final client deliverables along with relevant options
- Attends stakeholders meetings when necessary
- Viewed as valued member of the team and comfortable answering broad questions
- Strong backup to lead actuary
- Invests time at the beginning of the process to minimize role in day to day aspects of the valuation
- Tests results from client's perspective
- Identifies and secures appropriate resources
- Comfortable reviewing work performed by others
- Work is complete and thorough requiring minimal review from lead actuary
- Help to refine National Valuation Team standards and processes and develop training materials
- Builds knowledge of valuations, interprets results and explains
- Resource for more complex ProVal issues
- Extremely efficient at completing valuations accurately and within time constraints
- Tracks valuation budget and recovery
- Identifies/implements improvements to the valuation process
- Act as a role-model for junior Analysts, coach new analysts on professional conduct and good work ethics
Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
