Qualification: CA (Inter/final), M.Com

Prior Experience: 5-7years

- Has worked in the IT / Software industry

- Experience with healthcare IT domain will be a huge plus

Job Description

1. Taking care of entire accounting part of all the transactions in Tally

2. Handling the areas like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and Payroll

3. Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement

4. Having exposer in Handling Payroll in Grey tip software

5. Complying all statutory provisions like TDS, VAT, ST, PT, PF,ESI, Bonus, Gratuity etc. relating to their online payments and filling the returns

6. Issuing the Form-16 to the employee

7. Yearend closing of the books of accounts and Preparation of Financial statements

8. Resolving all statutory issues, Co-operating during Statutory Audits to Auditors and Maintaining Liaison with them

9. Verification of reimbursements of employees and making payments

10. Maintaining the assets details

11. AMC follow ups

12. Suggesting for cost cutting measures

13. Liaising with Income tax and other govt. offices

14. Invoicing & taxation

15. MIS report preparation & analysis of the report on the basis of discussion with management
