Senior Accountant Manager - FMCG

Location - Andheri West, Mumbai

Role -

The Senior Accountant Manager will be responsible for heading the accounts department and reporting directly to the CFO

- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department

- Conduct monthly and quarterly or as required account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

- Ensure correct cost centers while booked and are booked as per budget cost centers and ledger heads

- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFOs attention

- Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary

- Take care of any ongoing financial and accounts audits or DD.

- ERP Management and co-ordination.

- Co-ordinate with MIS team and ensure timely and accurate publishing of MIS

- Ageing Analysis for all ledgers.

- Ensure Compliances are done and nothing is missed

- Review legal documents and ensure all covered from accounting, payment and GST aspect

- GST Returns and compliances

- Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly reports required by CFO and management.

- Co-ordination with Bank and managing banking relationship

- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule

- Assist with tax audits and tax returns

- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance

- Plan, assign and review staffs work

- Undertake complete accounting, audit, monthly book closure
