1. Review and Verifying the Monthly Sale / Return data for Ecom Institutional & In-House.

2. Extracting Receipts of Ecom - Institutional & In-House party, from various portal.

3. Review and verifying the receipts with actual receipts in bank and order vise breakdown.

4. Verifying the receipts with expense and actual sale/returns.

5. Preparing the monthly/15 days sale reconciliation summary with outstanding amount and same submitted to all individual Ecom Staff

6. Preparing monthly consolidation reconciliation with ageing summary of outstanding, same submitted to Account Head, Ecom Head, etc.

7. Preparing monthly profitability of various Ecom Partner & In-House

8. Preparing monthly analysis reports of sale returns (Brand Vise, Gender Vise, Size Vise, Actual V/s Projected, etc.)

9. Review of Courier Partner Bill for Ecom Cost and preparation of cost analysis.

10. Review and coordinating in respect of Marketing Bill.

11. Analysis summary of Marketing Cost for Ecom

12. Coordination with Ecom Staff & Account Staff in respect of Ecom - COD Sale & Tata Cliq Sale

13. Updating the compliance Ecom related points in monthly compliance file.

14. Coordinating with Indirect Tax department for Tax payables on all sale / returns for Ecom & Accounts team for TDS related work.

15. Preparing quarterly report of Ecom Profitability by respective parties.

16. Preparing and analysis following reports for quarterly submission:

a. Sale Return Analysis.

b. Verifying & Finalizing the Tax payables with Indirect Tax Department.

c. Analysis of Cost of Sale & Other Cost paid to Party (Commission/Freight)

d. Verifying the Quarterly TDS certificate of all respective party and same submitted for Reimbursement.

e. Resolving and updating any other queries relating to quarterly reports.

f. Analysis and preparing summary of Staff Cost with projection.

g. Analysis and preparing summary of Marketing Cost.

h. Analysis and preparing of Depreciation Summary.

i. Actual for Current Qtr. V/s Last Qtr. & Last Year.

j. Analysis and preparing of Closing stock Notional Interest.

17. Coordinating with Accounts teams for Annual Audit & VAT audit.

18. Preparing and coordinating with individual e-com staff, merchandizer and E-com Head

19. Preparing and coordinating with accounts staff for preparation of annual E-com Budget related work.

20. As and when required review and verifying the individual party agreements (new and renewals).

Work Experience Requirements:

- Any graduate or post graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

- Prior experience with Amazon/Flipkart as an account manager is necessary.

- Fluency in Written & Verbal Communication - English.
