We are looking for the role of Senior Account Manager in Mumbai for a London based MNC Advertising Company. Responsibilities are, but not limited to: - The management of client communications on a daily basis - Establishing, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients - Liaising with the Operations team for Distribution and Creative to ensure the clients- expectations are both met and exceeded - Developing detailed strategies for prospects and clients, including overseeing the creation of pitch decks, media plans and creative proposals - Recruiting and hiring team-members as well as managing a team of Junior Account Managers You will have: - Over five years experience in a similar role in an advertising firm - Experience in a professional client-relationship setting - The capacity to both plan and strategise at a senior level - A persuasive and confident approach to creative matters - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Effective team management capabilities - A keen eye for detail and budgetary restraints - Full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms - The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas - Natural leadership abilities Note: The above requirement is on high priority so quick response will be highly appreciated.
