- SemaConnect is looking for a dynamic and seasoned Order Fulfilment Professional who is proficient in all order to ship, installation, warranty support and customer servicing functions. - The Operations Manager will be responsible for setting up, managing and running all our Post Order processes. This will involve Inventory Management, Order to Shipment, Onboarding and Management of Installation Partners, Warranty &amp; Repairs Management as well as Customer Service processes. - As SemaConnects operations in India are at a nascent stage, the initial phase of the job will involve the setting up of processes and systems across all stages of the Order to Delivery lifecycle. These will include - Understanding current operational processes and standards followed by SemaConnect USA and drawing up process maps to outline the processes to be setup in India with the variances from the processes followed by the US team. - Setting up Order Fulfillment tools and systems that are required to map the inventory journey from Order to Installation. - Setting up of the required tools to manage the customer service function in India. - Working closely with Sales and Manufacturing to setup a streamlined demand forecasting process that minimizes inventory hold. - Setup and manage the warranty process as per defined SLAs - Set up the installation management process in India and develop and define working relationships with installation partners across the country.
