Sellout Manager - West, Wearable Accessory Brand Our Client is a rapidly growing personal technology accessories brand available and affordable to young Indian consumers. They have been listed as a bestselling brand on Amazon and Flipkart Position: Sellout Manager Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad Experience: 8+ years of post qualification experience CTC: 13-14 Lakhs (Inclusive of 10% Variable) Someone who has handled big brand accounts or multiple minor accounts Role: - Create sales out target/directional numbers for his respective Geo, account wise and product wise, in consultation with sales in team and BH between 1st & 3rd of every month. - Discuss the agreed target with cluster heads of respective accounts. - Appraise the Cluster Heads of "focus model" of the month and "sales out expectation". - Co-ordinate with the Cluster Heads for lessening the TAT of material movement from their respective DC to the stores. - Work closely with the cluster heads to develop model wise MOQ for individual stores. - Cross check the targets and TAT weekly store wise reports to see if the MOQ is maintained. - If MOQ is not maintained - either model wise or store wise - inform (i) Cluster manager of respective account and (ii) Sale in KAM. Make sure they solve the issue. - Develop an outlet feedback report on following parameters: a. Competition hero products and specs b. Competition hero product pricings and schemes c. Competition marketing activity d. Marketing scope and current visibility. - Make sure of smooth implementation of the Incentive programme (if any for the month) through follow-up with cluster managers and store managers Candidate Profile: - 8+ years of experience into Sellout. - Strong Understanding of LFR - Relevant experience in Consumer Durable/Mobile/Small appliances industry
