As a Seller Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard new sellers onto our platform. You will play a critical role in expanding our seller base and driving revenue growth for the company. Your key tasks will include prospecting, building relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new sellers.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential sellers through various channels such as online research, industry events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand seller trends, competitive landscape, and target segments.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate a pipeline of potential sellers. Seller
Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Reach out to potential sellers via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to introduce our platform and value proposition.
- Build and nurture relationships with sellers, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections.
- Educate sellers about the benefits of partnering with our platform and tailor your approach to meet their specific needs.
Contract Negotiation and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with sellers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts are accurately prepared and executed.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new sellers, providing guidance on platform usage, product listing optimization, and order fulfillment.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and track seller performance metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to optimize seller performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
