This is an exciting time to join SelectHub and make a personal difference in the fast-growing software selection space as a Paid Advertising and Social Media Strategist, joining our Marketing team. As an Advertising and Social Media Strategist, you'll be bringing your PPC and social media enthusiasm and intricate knowledge of the ins and outs of all search and social media platforms and community hubs including Facebook, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Twitter to our Marketing team.

You'll be responsible for creating efficient end-to-end processes and strategy to support the successful delivery of social media content, new community focused campaigns to support communications campaigns, product launches and feature updates, and partnering with the wider growth marketing team to drive brand and business goals around acquisition, engagement, and retention of users. Additionally, you'll distil qualitative and quantitative insights to inform our communications roadmap and overall strategy.

Where will you work :

Fully Remote (Work from Home)

What you'll do :

- Augment SelectHub's PPC campaigns for specific software categories

- Develop and shape SelectHub's social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Amazon and other social platforms.

- Grow SelectHub's community across these platforms, with a focus on diversity and inclusion

- Coordinate day to date editorial content calendar executions including excellent copywriting, asset coordination and publishing to all relevant brand social channels.

- Experience with coordinating assets. Knowledge of creative dimension sizes and the different nuances of how they display on each platform

- Experience with social community management and ability to maintain SelectHub's social voice, tone, and style when interacting with the community

- Lead the creation of community focused campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, engagement, and business goals for SelectHub.

- Analyse and report on the performance of owned social channels to measure the effectiveness of our efforts, with an emphasis on continuous optimization and iteration.

- Develop, document and share our social processes that help drive efficiencies across a cross-functional org that facilitate best-in-class social brand presence.

What you'll bring :

- Min. 2+ years' experience managing PPC campaigns on Google and/or Bing

- Google Ads Certified Professional & Microsoft Ads Certified Individual

- 2+ years' experience managing community development and social media

- Expertise on how to leverage different social platforms and community channels to drive growth, engagement, and business goals

- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred)

- A solid overall understanding of enterprise (B2B) software such as ERP, Business Intelligence (BI), CRM, Marketing Automation systems, etc.

- Hands-on experience with MS Office products (especially Excel)

- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

- Writes and speaks fluent English

- Proven track record leveraging community insights to shape communication strategies and product plans.

- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
