We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst who will support the day-to-day deliverables and coordination of Managed Selection Services (MSS). This role carries out the responsibilities such as providing ERP related functional consultation to our clients, project coordination, technology selection management, etc. We're looking to add someone onto the team who can make this role their own, who works creatively and efficiently to accomplish goals.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


When you'll work: 4 PM to 1 AM IST with Occasional Night Shifts.


Where will you work: Remote (Work from Home)


What you'll do:


- Responsible for post-sales service delivery by helping and guiding clients through their vendor selection process for ERP, Manufacturing, BI, HRMS and CRM applications using SelectHub's software selection platform that automates much of the usual mundane and manual processes. Processes would include:


- Helping clients gather and prioritize requirements from SelectHub's library of requirements templates tailored by industry, company size, etc. as well as various stakeholder interviews.


- Working with SelectHub's internal research team to build a short-list of relevant vendors (based on clients' requirements), getting NDAs signed and running RFI/RFPs (including reaching out to those vendors to onboard them on the platform; and helping them respond to the RFI/RFP).


- Quality check RFI/RFP responses for accuracy and thoroughness of answers.


- Go through the proposal process and request pricing from vendors and run a benchmarking comparison of all vendors. Comparing that with what SelectHub has in its database to provide clients with information on what typical pricing should be. Guiding the client on how, when, and where they can negotiate for better pricing if anything looks out of place.


- Schedule demos with vendors, and build use cases and demo scripts.


- Moderate and score the demos to build a final vendor scorecard.


This is a Trusted Advisor role to guide our clients through the SelectHub platform and selection process regarding their ERP selection and implementation (as well as other software packages such as BI, CRM and HRMS software). Managing multiple clients at a time.


What you'll bring:


- 2-4 years of ERP software experience, including implementation (preferably at more than one company).


- Familiarity with manufacturing and distribution processes.


- Functional ERP knowledge. e.g., ranging from the role of chart of accounts, understanding manufacturing needs from a supply chain, warehouse management, and inventory perspective.


- End-to-end ERP lifecycle experience with one or more mainstream ERP products (such as Oracle NetSuite, Infor, SAP, Epicor, Acumatica, IFS, etc.)


- Project management skills (candidates with PMP Certification preferred)


- Sharp technical background is necessary (great with MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), ability to learn new technologies quickly.


- Excellent communications skills needed, both verbal and written (well structured emails).


- Ability to stay well organized, good time-management skills.


- Ability to juggle multiple clients and lines-of-communications simultaneously.


- Experience with other industries (Distribution, Retail, etc.) would be a plus!


- Experience with ancillary business applications such as CRM, BI, and HRMS software.
