Head - Business Development Job Description : - We are looking for somebody passionate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join an early stage investment bank and help it grow from the start. - As a Head - BD, you will help drive customer acquisition and develop a growth strategy. The position will require a strong sales background, problem- solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers. - Reach out and forge partnerships with Financial Institutions (micro finance institutes, housing finance companies & other NBFCs) to win their mandates to raise debt & provide credit rating advisory services to them. - Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and research. - Strategize on business development activities understand the market, come up with innovative marketing activities and formulate long term partnerships. - Studying research reports and gathering unique industry insights which would help us formulate strategy and come up with new business verticals. - Closing deals with our banking partners by constantly maintaining relationships with them.
