Seekify - Senior Growth Analyst (2-5 yrs)
Seekify is an early stage venture looking to solve India's employment problem by up-skilling recent graduates and placing them in entry level white collar jobs. We are backed by a marquee VC firm and the co-founders (Divya, Ajeet and Arihant) have built formidable businesses in the internet and skilling space over the last 10 years. We are joined by a rockstar team with amazing work experience and great education.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ownership: Drive new user acquisition & CLM through Product and Digital Marketing channels (SMS, FB, Insta, Google, LinkedIn & Quora).
- Monitor & optimize ROI driven performance & CLM campaigns to meet demand, revenue and budget goals.
- Leverage data to understand the product conversion and engagement funnel; design marketing campaigns to influence the funnel metrics.
- Work with the business & creative functions to devise brand & communication strategy (creative & messaging) & bringing this strategy to life.
- Drive and monitor A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize key performance metrics; analyse findings, present recommendations, and scale as necessary.
- Work with product and engineering teams to design systems and processes for efficiencies leading to exponential growth. Do everything to connect the right message to the right customer at the right time.
- Conceive larger campaigns or weekly properties, craft messaging, identify the appropriate sequence in the lifecycle to send the message.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years hands-on experience on Facebook or Google marketing.
- Strong Excel & data analytics skill set. Strong with number crunching.
- Willing to learn in a fast-paced start-up ecosystem with a result-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines & handle uncertainty.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
