Reporting to :Senior Manager Administration

Job Purpose : 

Manage the Plant security, transport, house keeping, corporate social responsibility, landscaping and other administrative responsibilities effectively

Primary Responsibilities : 

Security Management : 

- Provide effective gate control as per manual for securing the Plant propertyand employeesPlan all time fire fighting preparedness of plant resources to meet out anyemergency

- Liaison effectively with local and Government officials, Police, Fire & Rescueservices

- Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility activities for timely completion ofAdministration and Facilities Management

- Manage employee transportation efficiently

- Manage house-keeping for a good 5S

- Maintain the garden area for a greener & cleaner working environment

- Maintain the rented accommodation to ensure guest satisfaction; Provide training to new Executive/ Managers regarding the roles of residency of plant

- Adhere to statutory compliances (State & National as applicable) for effective Contractor management

Key Performance Indicators : 

- Zero Theft and vehicular accidents in the Plant

- Zero deviation frommanuals - Schedule adherence for ensuring effective liaisoning Timely completion of CSRProjects

- Scheduled reporting of vehicles to PlantSLA adherence Negotiations for rental rates with owners before 2 months of executing an agreement Timely disbursal of rental and maintenance payments

- Zero Statutory non compliance

Qualifications : 

Essential : 

- Graduation + Management PG degree

Essential : 

- Should be an Ex Army personnel with a minimum rank of Captain or a ParaMilitary personnel of equivalent rank.

Desired:

- An experience in a Unionised and process and procedures adhering organisation can be an added advantage
