Security Delivery Head - IT

Candidate should be a :

- A decisive, action-oriented and results-focused professional offering 10-15 years of rich experience in IT Industry with at-least last 10 years experience as Head of Security and will be responsible for managing the delivery of Security Services

- Good knowledge of the Security products / Linux / Networking devices

- A creative, resourceful and flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethics

- Should be able to handle Multiple Site Projects & should have a problem solving approach

- Train and mentor delivery / support team

Experience :

- Management skills for handling team

- Maintain and install security products in Multiple Branch Network

- Point of Escalation & process management for Network technology vertical consist of incident, problem change & release management

- Experience with Cisco routers and switches, and a good understanding of IP subnetting and routing such as OSPF and BGP.

- Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of how to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues that involve firewalls, networks, and applications using sniffer tools like wireshark, tcpdump and various tools using backtrack.

- Knowledge and proficiency in designing, configuring, and maintaining of enterprise firewalls such as Fortinet UTMs, Sonicwall and Astaro firewalls.

- Performing vulnerability assessment and penetration testing on network devices and servers using tools built in Backtrack 5 R3

- IT Security incidents response covering areas like Security Devices (IPS, Cyber Ark, etc.), Systems (OS, DB, etc.) and Phishing Incidents (Suspicious Mails, Sites, etc.)

- Configuring Firewalls, Routers, IDS, and Fortigate for security policies implementation and configuration of routers.

- Installing and Administering Security Log monitoring Console.

- Typically 8+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management.

Educational Qualifications :

- BE

- Certification CCNP Security, ITIL

- PMP Certified (Desirable)
