Looking for exceptional talent to work at a leadership position in our Marketing team. The person will be responsible for leading a team of middle level and junior managers to design and execute marketing and digital activities to help build our business by positively impacting our brand and products.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create and execute marketing and digital campaigns in response to business strategy and requirements.
- Brand management and ensuring that brand identity is adhered to
- Support the product team with marketing and business building initiatives
- Help the organisational sales effort with sales building initiatives
- Lead the team, regularly reviewing progress and reporting upward
- Liaise with agencies and partners / vendors, effectively brief and guide them, evaluate their output, and deliver outstanding results through working with them
- Build up consumer and customer understanding and quickly develop market and industry knowledge, including competitor intelligence and analyse these for design of hard hitting campaigns
- Conceptualise and create new business opportunities based on opportunity assessment
- Develop new Digital and physical platforms for building up customer engagement
- Develop effective content for digital and physical dissemination
- Good grasp of digital marketing - web, search, mobile, SEO, SEM, content, social etc.
Required Candidate profile:
- Post graduate with 6 to 12 years experience in Digital Marketing
- Should be hands-on with digital marketing tools such as programmatic advertising, Google marketing platform, DMPs, Display / Analytics 360 etc
- Ability to fully conceptualise marketing and digital initiatives, activities and campaigns end-to-end including metrics and review milestones
- Ability to execute flawlessly, set measures and report progress so as to continuously drive up organisational effectiveness and efficiency
- Leadership ability and skills to inspire and lead a team below
- Ability to think strategically as well as tactically when required
- Energetic, creative and can-do approach and problem solving bent of mind
- Ability to think positively and work effectively under pressure
- Good grasp of digital marketing - web, search, mobile, SEO, SEM, content, social etc
- Good command over language(s), at least English and preferably one or two Indian languages to be able to lead and effectively guide content initiatives
- Ability to leverage learning from other industries to build successful plans
