SecureNow - Knowledge Specialist (5-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility :
- Codify tariff-product related guidelines from GIC and non-tariff product specifications of insurers
- Develop price benchmarks for various products by risk category and insurers
- Formulate standard solutions package for each industry; package to be used to generate ideas for cross-sell and customize product features
- Develop and refine proprietary pricing models for various product lines
- Negotiate exclusive products with insurers
- Conduct induction product training for new hires and advanced product training for experienced colleagues
- Liaise with technology team to share inputs and develop client-ready solutions
- Support underwriting and sales team with client queries and risk solutions for large clients
- Publish knowledge modules e.g., product ratings in newspapers like Mint Mediclaim Ratings developed by SecureNow, case studies on claims
Candidate Background :
- Post-graduate degree with ideally 5 years of work experience
- Experience with research or consulting firms will be valued
- Experience in modelling, and data analysis, is preferred
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders is required
- Strong project management skills are required
- Insurance exposure though preferred is not a must
