Job Description :


- Develop initiatives to create sales opportunities that maximize revenue and profitability


- Understand industry needs and proactively anticipate opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline


- Be accountable for meeting assigned sales targets and performance metrics


- Serve as a credible representative of the company by effectively communicating its vision and value proposition to prospective clients


- Collaborate with other functions to help develop new services and products in keeping with evolving market requirements


- Ensure up-to- date knowledge of business-specific processes, policies, laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance


- Maintain information related to industry trends, benchmarks and emerging technologies and ensure its suitable communication to existing and prospective clients


- Ensure client retention by driving servicing standards and establishing effective relationships with existing clients

Desired Experience :


- Minimum five years consultative sales experience in screening, BPO or similar industries


- Record of experience across the sales cycle


- Proven ability to develop leads and generate a strong pipeline


- Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding financial targets and performance metrics


- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office and e-mail applications
