Section Head - Sales Accounting - Automotive

Job Summary (Define the main objective of the Job)

Overall responsible for SAP based sales accounting, receivables control, inventory controls, channel funding transactions, MIS & Budgeting, Branch GST compliance, etc.

Job Responsibilities (Key work attributes) :

- Overall responsibility of SAP based Sales accounting

- MIS & Budgeting of Sales & Receivables

- Receivables Monitoring

- Inventory / stock reconciliation

- Dealers account reconciliation

- Channel transactions handling

- Processing of dealer claims / incentive schemes

- Processing of freight outwards bills (primary/secondary)

- Filing of GST returns for Branches across India

- Handling Audit - Internal and Statutory auditors

- Coordination with Marketing / Regional teams

- Motivating Team members to meet the targets

- Maintaining robust internal working processes

- Good knowledge of relevant statutes, especially GST & Income Tax

- Proficient in SAP (SD/MM/FICO) module
