Section Head - Safety & Environment

Job Purpose Statement

1. To be responsible for Safety & environment deptt at Plant level to facilitate - accident prevention, risk management, maintain environmental discharges and emissions within prescribed limits and Employee involvement in safety.

2. Interface with different levels of plant personnel for implementation of safety & environment management systems.

3. Compliance of regulatory requirement w.r.t safety & environment laws and liaison with related government authorities.

- Minimum 12 years experience

- Worked in safety manager role in manufacturing industries

- Graduate in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) + Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory)
