JD for the role :
Credit Management :
- Finance custodian of customer appointment module.
- To ensure that all credit control parameters like Credit Limit, Credit days, Credit behavior etc are correctly updated in the system as per the policies and guidelines.
- Periodic review and updation of credit limits in the system for ALL the business divisions.
- Customer dB analytics
Finance Business Partner :
- To be the single point of contact for IP division for all their requirements related to commercial finance.
- To ensure that monthly reconciliation for ALL Modern Trade chains are done and shared with the Modern Trade team. To ensure that all the open items appearing in the reconciliation are closed within the month and it does not get carried forward to the next month.
- To participate and represent commercial finance in all the divisional reviews for IP and Modern Trade. To ensure that all the exceptions are discussed and action plan is provided for closure of all such exceptions.
Collections Transaction :
- Review and monitor cases for cheque bounce / NACH pull failure and ensuring necessary accounting of the same in the books of accounts. Also to ensure daily bank reconciliation.
Process Excellence :
Identify and drive IT system changes to facilitate Efficiency Projects, changes in the policies.
