Required skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Milk/Dairy Industry.

- CA Qualified in First/Second attempt is must.

- The incumbent will need to be proficient in English with knowledge of speaking the local language.

Responsibilities:

Plays an active role in the below activities:

- CFM Scheme - To control the AT levels in Fresh Milk, a scheme was developed to increase the sale of Cattle Feed which acts as a main source for reducing AT levels in FM.

- Reviewing Large Farmer eligibility criteria and incentive schemes at regular intervals to optimize the costs.

- Effective role in benchmarking of the transportation costs and negotiation with vendors resulting in reduction of costs

- Benchmarking of Competitor pricing and other field related cost elements for pricing decisions.

- Effective tracking of tanker losses facilitating cost reduction.

- Vendor development for handling rejected milk
