Section Head - Distillery (15-30 yrs)
Note:- This Position is a Section Head ( Alcohol Division Production Head) & looking who has good expertise in to Grain based Distillery with handled plant capacity 300 KLPD
- Apply only those who has from grain based Distillery background only.
Role:-
(1) Incumbent should have experience on setting up and successfully running green field preferably grain distillery project of large size in north India preferably .
(2) Incumbents should have rich experience in controlling, monitoring, directing daily plant operations & Process. Minimising the waste ,cost rationalising of overheads.
(3) Incumbents need to have a high business acumen to execute the project in given time limits and direct the plant business into the direction of growth.
(4) Incumbent need to direct the team towards high standards of quality & production of intermediatory products and final product.
(5) Incumbent will be responsible for cost effectiveness and rationalisation of finance in all the functions of the plant.
(6) Incumbent must be versed on regulation, statutes and laws related with a distillery related with pollution, Excise, man material & plant safety etc .
(7) Incumbent's responsibility will include to sustain the high standards of plant and machinery maintenance, optimisation process & production, minimum downtimes and best preventive maintenance practices and mind set.
(8) Incumbent will be responsibly for developing a highly motivated team, retaining the tenant and facilitate with all the learning and development opportunity to team.
