We are currently looking for senior and seasoned professionals as SectionHead Admin (Only female candidate) for one of our reputed clients.
- Our Client is a market leader in its domain with a turnover of about USD 5 Billion.
- The position will be based in Plant at Baroda-Gujarat.
- This position directly reports to Plant HR Head.
Job Purpose : Manage day to day administrative functions through optimum utilization of available resources in order to ensure efficient and seamless operation and to achieve defined targets in line with cost, quality and stipulated time.
Key Accountabilities :
- Prepare and get approved Plant Overhead budget and review on a monthly basis in order to ensure targets not exceed.
- Conduct a review of the legal checklist on a fortnightly basis to ensure no legal penalties.
- Oversee the day to day Administrative function, synergize all sub-functions, ensure course correction measure in order to ensure adherence to KPI.
- Successfully organize Plant Events both internal and external locations within approved framework.
Key Challenges :
1. Services within the prescribed time, no delay.
2. Keep cost within approved budget considering all internal/external influences like inflation, new demand, etc.
3. Continuous improvement in services.
