Secondary Trader - Non SLR

- Run investor coverage with Bank Treasuries, Insurance Companies and other investors for placement of secondary opportunities on the platform.

- Originate secondary stocks from various investors and onboard them

- Consistently being in touch with the investors for secondary trades.

- Gathering market information & intelligence for secondary trading i.e. levels, spreads, demand & supply etc.

- Run the marketing process for individual secondary stocks on the platform

- Manage existing and potential investor relationships to increase secondary trading activity on the platform

- Partner cross-functionally with our Product, Legal and Risk teams to design products specific to situations, understand demand & supply, close deals and optimize tactics as it relates to capital markets

- Understanding the investor specific needs for the secondary market, their preferences in rating, tenure, classification, quantums & levels.

- Expand sale propositions via onboarding new investors extensively

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in WDM segment of capital market, business development, partnership management other relevant experience in financial services across debt capital markets/selling financial products

- We are looking for candidates with expertise in the WDM segment of the capital market dealing with institutional investors.

- Be good with numbers, analyzing financial statements, interpreting data and solving problems

- Has a strong context of building and managing business relationships - is comfortable across various levels of an organization (CXOs to analysts)

- Be the bridge between the investors and internal teams to drive the deal closures

- Demonstrate high level of analytical skills; judge situations and think on feet

- Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly

- Have demonstrated resilience

- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
