Responsibilities:

- Your responsibility will be to lead Seclore's Systems Integration practice. This will include providing functional and process leadership, managing projects and tasks and managing and growing the multi-functional team.

1. Project Management for Product Integrations, Customizations, and Enhancements

2. Requirements elicitation, scoping and functional ownership of System Integration projects

3. Functional and project management support for large pre-sales projects

4. Coordination and prioritization of integration development support

5. Stakeholder management of various internal teams including engineering, pre-sales, customer success and business development

6. Vendor management for outsourced product development and support

Candidate Requirements:

You should have:

- A technical degree (Engineering, MCA) from a reputed institute with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the software industry

- At least 2 years of experience in leading application development teams, or 2 years of hands-on software development experience.

- Excellent people and project management skills.

- Strong functional understanding of business applications and ability to understand requirements and software solutions

- Enough analytical and technical skills to understand technical complexities and pre-empt project risks / challenges.

- Good stakeholder mapping and management capabilities

It would be nice if you have:

- PMP or a similar Project Management certification
