Seawise Capital - Senior Manager - Sales (8-15 yrs)

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager in our Delhi office. It provides an exciting opportunity to finance professionals looking to advance their careers. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be working directly with the management team to come up with customer acquisition strategies. In addition, you are responsible for the day-to-day implementation and execution of those strategies. Although you will have support, this is a very hands-on role and you are expected to generate and close on customer leads. You will be solely responsible for meeting sales targets.

Experience & Skills

1. 8+ years in SME lending origination, strong preference for experience in Trade Finance

2. Independent and hands on professional

3. Be able to design scalable sales processes

4. Organized and data driven

5. Able to build partnerships to drive growth

6. Communication Skills: This will be a client facing role, so you need to be an excellent communicator in Hindi and English as a minimum

7. Have a strong understanding of Trade Finance

8. Be Tech Savvy: Tech is core to our business, and while you won- t be required to code you should be comfortable with applying technology in coming up with scalable solutions

9. Must be able to Travel: Domestic and International travel may be required
