- Should have experience in managing the entire HRO, Presales & Solutioning.
- Should have worked in a BPO set up, should have exp. in RFI/RFP's., Incident responses, etc.

Some must have's:

- Ability to Influence will be important given the person will have to work very closely in the new GBL and SMU structure.
- Build solutions with Automation & Cognitive flavor to drive business transformation & cost optimization & Build new service offerings across the global market.
