SDNA Global - Account Delivery Head (18-30 yrs)

1. Deliver quality, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue, & margins for portfolio of accounts of size of 75M+
2. Responsible for relationship building with Customer stakeholders within the account and articulating value additions delivered
3. Interact with Client Managers from and Client side CXOs
4. Drive Fulfilment, Net add, Delivery led Growth & thereby revenue
5. Responsible for people processes
6. Employee Retention, people development and engagement
1. An understanding of Integrated Digital, Application and Data technologies; exposure of Cloud Migrations would be an advantage.
2. Strong delivery management experience, knowledge of various delivery models etc., Excellent understanding of the Delivery cycle well.
3. Large Project management / Program management; Customer & Key Stakeholder management; Escalation management
4. Excellent people management capabilities; Should manage teams through influence rather than control; Believe in cadre development & rotation.
5. Solutioning, experience of managed services; Sow compliance & SLA adherence; In-depth understanding of the SDLC; Technical delivery parameter compliance tracking & reporting
6. Knowledge of emerging technologies; Various platforms, tools and products and their respective applications - Awareness of global industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services
