Responsibilities for Scrum Master : - Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. - Manage each projects scope & timeline and track the processes & deliverables. - Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests - Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups - Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint - Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams - Resolve conflicts and issues that occur - Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders Qualifications for Scrum Master - Previous experience working as a Scrum Master/ Agile Coach/ Project Manager/ Program Manager. - Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skill - Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, Jira) - Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organisation and an understanding of facilitation techniques - Ability to analyse and think quickly and to resolve conflict and work with the team - Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills - Ability to adapt to a changing environment - Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
