Scrum Master - IT

Work with the product/Platform owner to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and is in line with the Business Strategy and Architecture

- Delivery of Business Outcomes as per the agreed Strategy

- Responsible for the change delivery of bank wide strategic, mandatory & regulatory requirements

- Use Agile framework to deliver working software to satisfy customers and react to their needs quickly

- Guide and coach the Scrum or Feature teams on self organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks, to deliver more cost effective business value outcomes for the customer

- Work with actual product owners to build out future investment opportunities for the platforms.

- Plan for scalability and configurability by ensuring requirements are business configurable and scalable to reduce the cost of ownership of the solutions.

The Skills you'll need

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience:

- Post Graduation or Engineering graduation from a reputed university with consistent track record.

- Relevant industry recognized certifications in project/Programme management

- Good to have Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, CSP)

- 12 - 14 year experience in managing large and complex technology functions including proven experience of managing large, multi-year programmes in API space.

- Proven people leader, ability to engage with colleagues across disciplines and able to leverage capability across multiple global teams.

- Track record of exerting significant influence to business and technology partners for large/complex programmes in a financial services organisation

- Deep understanding of Agile Manifesto and principles

- Experience and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

- Desirable web stacks experience (REST APIs, JAVA, Spring Boot, resilient distributed micro-services, load-balancing, hosting)

- Adaptable to a wide range of technologies and genuine enthusiasm for dev-ops
