Scrum Master - Infrastructure Domain (8-15 yrs)
Technoscience is hiring for a Scrum master with the opportunity to be a vital part of a software team developing fault tolerant servers and solutions.
Job Summary:
Responsible for successfully leading the teams through our transition to Agile/Scrum and promoting our shared values and culture to ensure our practices improve and mature
Qualifications and Experience:
- Champion for Agility and possess deep knowledge of Scrum
- Proudly carries out the responsibilities of a Servant Leader
- Strong track record in Scrum team leadership
- A great attitude & demeanor (Enthusiastic, positive, humble, social, organized, confident, patient, articulate, punctual, empathetic and fearless).
- Focus on value delivery & frequent delivery of working software.
- Builds and maintains Scrum rooms
- Experience partnering with US-based Product Management, Engineering and Services to drive product through development process and into production.
- 5-8 years of software development experience in industry
- Additional 4-5 years focused primarily on Scrum Master role
- BSEE or BSCS; MSEE or MSCS preferred.
