Scrum Master - IAM

The main missions are :

As Scrum master :

- Animate the process of Development and evolutions on the IGA Platform in Agile mode by following rigorous scrum process. Working closely with the Product Owner, to capture requirements, translating them into relevant user stories and with the Development team push the development items to live

- Lead the Production activities (incident , problem, change management, Go-Live planning) on the IGA Platform, ensuring operational processes are managed properly (incident, change, problem management, ...) and drive continuous improvement in these activities

The main activities are:

As Scrum Master :

- with Product Owner capture the requirements, translating them into relevant user stories

- with the Development team, groom backlog, animate daily scrum, organize Sprint planning, Sprint review and retrospective and help PO in forecast/capacity planning

- Closely work with Development Team

As Operation/Production Manager

- Monitor incident management and change implementation performed by

- Lead critical incident resolution and crisis management with the help of technical team

- Ensure ITSM processes (Incident, Change, problem,) are executed with the expected level of quality/performance

- Set up reporting on performance/quality of the Operations

- Organize communication with stakeholders on the activity (incident, crisis, new functionalities,)

- Part of a team of ~5 , including Technical Platform specialist and Developer

- Lead periodic internal audits by working with the Internal control team.

- Identify process gaps and put corrective actions in place by seeking continuous improvement and operational excellence.
