The client is an American MNC - product based company - and global leader in the healthtech industry.

Job Description : 

- Facilitate scrum meetings, team collaboration and drive productivity

- Help the team to achieve their sprint goals and product increment objectives

- Coach teams for continuous advancement by driving process improvement to achieve increasing levels of maturity

- Foster a trusting and psychologically safe culture with a focus on problem solving and promote a "learn by doing" behavior

- Inspire individuals and teams to deliver key results, demonstrating the passion for business outcomes and encouraging the attitude that anything is possible

- Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align Scrum practices as it relates to team goals and business outcomes

- Develop collaborative relationships within the broader organization in support of removing impediments or assisting team members in doing so

- Assist with internal and external communication, applying the principle of making work visible, improving transparency and radiating information
 
Profile : 

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or similar field.

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

- ScrumInc. or Scrum@Scale certifications are mandatory

- Familiarity with modern software engineering best practices and tools like test automation, DDD, software design patterns, microservices, CI/CD and DevOps

- Experience with agile and scrum management tools like Jira, Confluence, git (e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket), ServiceNow, etc.

- Familiarity with the healthcare revenue cycle, EMRs, practice management systems, FHIR, HL7 or HIPAA
