Scrum Master / Business Analyst

As a Scrum Master / Business Analyst you will be responsible for coaching and driving Agile practices in geographically distributed team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect

- Facilitate teams for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team

- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation

- Coaching team to become a self-organized

- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work

- Supporting and helping product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next releases and sprints

- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

- Remain current in Agile development industry practices through active involvement within the Agile Community

Key Skills Required :

- At least 7 years of experience working in product company

- Have 4 years of experience as Scrum Master / Business Analyst in more than 2 Agile organization

- Can coach 2+ Scrum teams

- Self-motivated and result oriented, autonomous worker, team player

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills

- Working experience with geographically distributed teams
