Scrum Master/Agile Coach - Product Development Firm

Job Description :

- You will be responsible for coaching and driving Agile practices in a geographically distributed team

- Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect

- Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team

- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity

- Coaching team to become a self-organized

- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work

- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

- Remain current in Agile development industry practices through active involvement

- At least 8 years of experience working in a Product/R&D environment

- Have 5+ years of experience as a SCRUM master

- Experience in working in LeSS based scaled Agile environment
