We bring application based education in schools and make 'learning' a joyous engaging activity.

Every year we impact the lives of more than 6000 kids across Delhi NCR in schools such as Delhi Public School, Tagore International School, Springdales, Cambridge, GD Goenka, Lotus Valley International, Birla Vidya Niketan, Vishwa Bharti, DAV Public and others.

We believe that hands on and activity based education with bring the 'Learning Revolution' this country needs. This revolution has to ignite from the core of our education system - schools.

The Operations Department works closely with School Management and other departments of the company. They do all things necessary for the smooth functioning of all Batches throughout the week.

What you'll do-

- Roles of a Manager - includes Operational authority and Client Relational duties

- Ensure smooth functioning of assigned Batches

- Assess requirements in all schools and manage Inventory for the same.

- Assign mentors for classes.

- Coordinate with the Warehouse for timely shipping of Kits

- Make decisions to keep the curriculum running on Track.

- Liaison with the School Management for any concern of the Client.

- Build relations with Clients that include School Principals & Board of Directors.

- Coordinate with the Curriculum team in bringing hands on activity modules to life.

- The Operations Department is the sole authority on day to day operations on client end.

Salary Range: 5 - 8 LPA
