Role: Product Implementation / Integration Group Sr. Engineer (4 - 5 Years)

- This role will enable you to work with clients from inception through to production release and to take ownership of the quality of the delivery, from initial solution design through requirements elicitation and ultimately into the commercially live domain.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Communicating and collaborating with Customer Engagement team, Core product team and lead implementation and product support team hands on.

2. Advising the clients and guiding through the technical aspects of the Scienaptic platform and supporting technologies implementation.

3. Work closely on debugging customer issues and communication around it.

4. Training of clients on the Scienaptic software (and bespoke solution delivered to the client) and enabling clients to become independent with respect to development and evolution of the bespoke solution provided to them.

5. Customer communication: Eliciting and interpreting of business and technical requirements, appreciating client's business case. Articulating Scienaptic value proposition to senior client leaders.

6. Performing peer reviews and articulating recommendations to internal technical colleagues for special use cases. Collaborating across client co-coverage teams and sharing best practices.

7. Providing feedback to core development teams based on customer and front facing teams' interaction (customer pain points, possible features, value etc.)

8. Evolve repeatable processes and efficiencies, as we add hundreds of customers.

9. Work with customers in the USA and APAC.

Skills & competencies:

1. Excellent Development & Consulting skills, handling customer communication / rapport building and problem solving.

2. Ability to Integrate with source systems and configuration of API's to 3rd party data providers.

3. Prior experience in creating a mix of functional (Lending) and technical (SAAS) solutions based on customer requirements, environment, and internal products.

4. Well versed with system integration, UAT, load and stress testing, analysis of test data results (including fine-tuning of solutions to achieve high performing software).

5. Technical orientation (past developer experience in multitier application architectures, APIs, AWS) is a big plus. Experience in Developing Python Scripts is must.

6. Good understanding of IT compliance, data protection and privacy.
