The individual will work into end to end for setting up our WorkX - The Skilling Program of Schoolguru and its Partner University in Gujarat at each of the location (as directed by University) and running the same as an independent Revenue Unit. Education: - MBA Preferred/Degree/ Diploma in Training delivery/operations is added advantage Desired total Experience: - 8-10 Years of experience in handling operations/training delivery of Skills Development projects (NSDC) Desired Relevant Experience: - Student mobilisation/Training delivery/Govt Liaison for NSDC/SSC/PMKVY/DDUGKY projects in Gujarat Some of the responsibilities would include: - Running the unit as an independent P&amp;L Center - Setting up a pool of freelance trainers (Identification, TTT, deploying and delivery) - Mobilisation of students for our WorkX program - On-boarding of the students - Coordination with colleges for ATL/BTL activities - Planning, organizing and delivery of Job Fairs at college level - Handling all documentation for collection of payment from government processes - Liaison with Placement Team Functional/Technical skills: - Should have been in a leadership role in a training/skilling organisation - Student mobilisation experience for skill development projects - Documentation for revenue collection from skills development projects. - Ability to create a pool of freelance soft skills trainers - The candidate should have led a team of Trainers and played a significant role in organisation building with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience. - Set up and Update standard operating procedures (e.g. enrolments, training and facilitation of training program) - Manage a team of placement executives to help the students find the appropriate job openings - Liasoning with local employers to aggregate a bank of open positions Behavioural skills: Communication skills/ team leading - Reviewing and supervising the team and report on its performance - Ability to work under strict timelines - Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills Salary Offered: 15-18 LPA Fixed + Variables Please note the salary offered is also dependent on candidate's last drawn compensation
