Job Description:

The person should have at least 4-5 Years of Experience as Principal at well known schools, with primarily managing / handling the following activities:

- Developing, Maintaining, Evaluating, Implementing and Enhancing curricular and extracurricular programs to reflect student achievement and growth in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains.

- Providing Leadership for the Planning, Development and Implementation of the School's Curriculum.

- Managing the Recruitment and Hiring of Academic Staff.

- Working with Departmental Heads and Faculty/Teachers to achieve the Higher Academic Goals.

- Responsible for Teacher Supervision, Guidance and Development to ensure proper adaptation and adjustment of staff to the environment

- Looking after timetable and evaluation of various exams as well as routine activities, allocating teachers for various duties as per the need of the organization, supervising and monitoring substitution and workload of teachers, organizing timely remedial classes.

- Establishing rapport with parents to ensure proper progress of students and ensure disciplined behavior.
