Scope of Work Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Identify hyperlocal as well as pan-India channels (such as recruiters, student engagement platforms, college networks, etc.) through which SOAL can reach out to its target audience to increase student enrollments and build the SOAL community - Mobilise networks and partnerships with organisation, communities, and individuals to facilitate student enrollment - Use the networks and channels to educate the audiences and promote the value proposition of SOAL - Build B2B2C (colleges/universities/corporates) channels to enable long term sources for student enrollments - Ideate and create sustainable SOAL properties(such as webinars, workshops, etc) to engage the audience of the affiliates and generate quality leads. - Work with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all such properties meant to generate leads for various SOAL programs - Closely work with the Admissions team and engage in positive feedback loops to optimise the conversion rates of the all such leads - Build a national and local network of affiliate partners in all the target cities - Create a value chain and an incentive framework for each affiliate - Formulate, negotiate, and close deals with the affiliates - Educate the affiliate partners about the offering of SOAL - Take necessary steps (such as training, communication collaterals, etc) to ensure effective delivery by the affiliates - Take initiatives to motivate and drive the partners to meet their defined targets - Benchmark and review the performance of the affiliates and take the necessary step to enhance the efficiencies - Organise quarterly/yearly meets and/or other interactions to nurture a healthy affiliate network Qualifications and Character Traits - 2 years of experience in business development and sales - Excellent command, written and oral, over the English language, along with strong communication skills - Proven negotiation skills with relevant experience - Self-starter, emotionally intelligent, strong professional ethic, lifelong learner and a creative problem solver - Project management skills and the ability to work both individually and closely with teams - An eye for data and the ability to spot trends to facilitate optimization - Ability to deal with the startup grind and cross roadblocks, unparalleled zeal towards realizing SOAL's vision and mission, openness towards doing what's - not your job- - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment, multitask and adhere to deadlines - Open to travelling and being on the ground for long durations Compensation CTC INR 600000 to INR 1000000 per year
