Purpose of the job:

- Manage a team of Business development associates to maximise the revenue of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Some of the major responsibilities include :

- Manage a team of 6 business associates

- Work towards creating a robust sales process to reach and convert more schools.

- Track the daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets of the team, Ensure cash collection

- Work on development of distribution network.

- Would be in charge development of skills of the team

Ideal candidate should have :

- MBA/Graduate with 2+ years of direct sales/B2B Sales/Corporate Sales experience in education.

- Preferably worked earlier with a startup before.

- Strong presentation skills in English and local language.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

- Strong team management skills

- Resilient, good under pressure and manage the stressful environment.

- Willingness to work in the education sector
