About the Company :

We are an early stage startup aimed at becoming one of India's leading hardware companies by providing premium quality hardware for Bharat.

Position :

The role is initially for a Tech Advisor with equity which would be converted to a full-time salaried CTO post fundraise. It's a work-from-home engagement for the foreseeable future.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively build the technology vertical from scratch

- Strategize and implement technology systems and processes to manage large scale distribution: inventory, finances, stakeholders including on-ground salesforce, retailers, manufacturers, logistics partners, HO, etc.

- Strategize with the business leadership on what data to capture and how, and implement plug-and-play solutions or build new ones to furnish the required analyses

- Craft out service offerings for manufactures to provide them with actionable insights based on results from data analyses

- Implement apps for salesforce on the field to track and enhance their performance

- Strategize and implement ERP and CRM for different stages of growth, and build dashboards for the leadership

- Coordinate with department heads on implementing IT solutions for different verticals

- Translate requirements from business to IT and implement suitable solutions

Required profile:

- Should have managed Sales IT systems for a large scale sales & distribution setup

- Should have breadth of knowledge in terms of the latest technology and SaaS offerings in data analytics and prediction models

- Should have experience in process improvement and IT process automation for sales & distribution in FMCG, consumer durables, hardware, or similar industry

- Proactive and a do-er attitude
