Job Description

Designation - Sr Manager/AGM - Sales (Women Candidate)

Location - Ahmedabad

CTC - 25 L

Qualification - B.E (Electrical/Electronics)

Role - Individual Contributor

Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance to region

- Provide inputs to Schneider strategy for India for next 3- 5 years

- Create the Regional Strategy plan for sales and market share growth and profitability

- Provide inputs in national sales strategy and be directly involved in implementing key strategic initiatives for PROXIMITY accounts

Define and drive sales and profitability targets for the region

- Drive and own revenue, collection and profitability responsibility for the entire Schneider portfolio for the region

- Support in the development of sales and profitability targets for products for the allocated region in agreement with Product BU Heads

- Monitor pricing strategy/ discounts for region within delegated authority and ensure adherence to pricing strategy discounts in the region

- Drive 'with the product'services sale across regions for relevant Business

- Drive & manage direct sales through distributors

- Drive Value Proposition for entire SE thru Prescription

Identify levers to improve commercial effectiveness for the allocated region

- Engage with existing accounts in the allocated region continuously to discover opportunities to grow revenue and expand share of wallet

- Identify and add uncovered accounts

- Support the NSH in identifying levers to improve direct sales through channel partners

- Identify bottom/high effort accounts and transfer those to channel partners

- Identify and implement levers for reducing cost of sales in the Region

- Allocation of Regional budgets towards promotional activities and customer engagement

- Ensure effective implementation of CAP for the region for TOP/Repeat customers

- Drive higher CSAT with customers in the regions

- Arbitrate disputes between teams in the Region and across the Proximity structure

Develop people capabilities

- Hire and develop direct reports to achieve the regional sales strategy

- Work with NSH to get guidance in multi-skilling the sales force to ensure one Schneider view to the customers and achieve regional targets

- Team bonding

Drive Geographical coverage and increase penetration through ONE-Schneider promotions

- Identify new territories for expansion, plan coverage in new areas/cities.

- Appointment of people and partners to increase reach and revenues

- Regional Marcom Budget
