Location: Mumbai

Qualification: BE or B Tech in Electrical

Experience: 10+ Years experience in project management

This job required experience around 10-15 years in 3 phase electrical & Data Centre Physical Infrastructure Project Management

- Project experience in Design and Implementation of large Data Centre physical infrastructure projects which involve end-to-end implementation of Data Centres from initial stages of space & sizing estimations, budgeting, efforts estimations, conceptualization, site feasibility, preparing technical and functional requirements, scoping, Request for Proposal (RFP), bidder evaluation and selection, techno-commercial feasibility studies to material / machinery procurement, execution to final stages of implementation, site Management, commissioning, contract management, risk assessment and mitigation, quality compliance, acquiring of statutory approvals and facility O&M services.

- Should have hand on experience in domain such as Power distribution, Electrical systems, Computer Room Air conditioners, UPSs, Generators, Chillers, Fire safety & Security systems, Building management systems, Civil & Interior Works, LAN Works and IT Racks etc.

- Extra advantage if person is Well conversant with Data Centre Standards such as ASHRAE, TIA-942 & uptime institute TIER guidelines and working knowledge of Data Centre IT infrastructure components such as Chiller, PAHU, PAC, UPS, Server, Security System etc.
