- The position is for a Marketing Communication role within the Central Marketing Team of Schneider Electric to support one of the strategic business units Secure Power Division, Greater India Zone.

- The Secure Power Division, a division of Energy Management Business of Schneider Electric is a global leader in Critical Power & Cooling solution and provides complete physical infrastructure solutions for Data Centers, Distributed IT environments, and Industrial applications.

Summary:

The position would be part of the India Marketing team and will be responsible for Marketing Communication role for Secure Power Division, Schneider Electric India

Key responsibilities:

- Work with the Strategic Marketing Leader and Central Marketing Team to develop & execute Marketing Communication plan for Secure Power Division

- Coordinate with the various agencies, COE in terms of giving briefs and running successful Marcom Campaigns

- Participate in Annual Sales & Marketing Plan, Understand Strategic Initiatives, Marketing Objective and according prepare Budgeting & Planning of Marcom Activities and ensure proper execution

- Driving full-fledged, 360-degree campaign to promote Secure Power Offer and Global Campaigns amongst it, customer, through various activities such as Events, Digital Marketing, PR, Advertising & Channel Promotions.

- Actively work with agencies, execution team to ensure proper reporting & measurement of ROIs through Marketing Analytics tools such as Marketo

- Be a custodian of design, guidelines, branding and coordinate with global team on key global Marcom programs

- Align local marketing activities to modern marketing platforms and processes. Leverage global best practices.

- Ensure relevant marketing executions are properly set up in systems and tools for tracking reporting.

- 100% budget utilization - Effective and accurate forecasting and spend of marketing budgets

Candidates For The Marcom Manager should be:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience Marketing Communication, Advertising, Events, etc. Candidates with experience in B2B Marketing Communication in IT & Communication industry will be preferred choice

- An undergraduate degree in a technical or business discipline is required. An MBA in Marketing Management is highly desirable

- Multi-facet skills to effectively handle multiple stakeholder, ability to work in the matrix structure,

- Experiencing in handling Budget, Sharp Negotiation skills and execute a campaign with measurement tactics. Hands-on experience in any Marketing Automation Tools will be highly preferred for this role

- The successful candidate must possess proven communication, creative & presentation skills

- Ability to work effectively with senior-level executives and manage internal customer relationships. Must be able to work with executives, leaders, and staff of affiliated companies.

- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.

- Present findings to senior management to drive business and marketing decisions

- He/She should be team player, self-motivated, ability to get work done in deadline with good communication skills
