Designation - Manager - Energy Sales

Qualification - B.E (Electrical/Electronics)

Role - Individual Contributor

Product Range - MV Switchgear / Transformers

Responsibilities

1. Manage Energy business in region

2. Should have knowledge on the following Energy Products - Switch Gear, Panel, Transformer, Relay Control Panel, PSS & RMU.

3. Receives finalized Sales Plan, compiles and communicates to Field executive.

4. Regularly monitors the orders taken by the sales executives.

5. Prepares regularly daily / weekly and monthly activity reports and suggests appropriate improvements to field executives.

6. Provides leadership, motivation and control so that the Field executives work as result-oriented and well-motivated team
