Job Description

Designation - GM-QEHS &Csat (Leadership role for Quality & EHS Management at Hub India)

Experience - 15 to 22 years- experience in quality auditor or in customer project.

Location - Gurgaon

Education - Only B.E - Electrical or Electronics (No other specialization)

Target Companies - Punj Lloyd, GMR, Gammon, Tata Projects, Chiyoda, Saipem, SK Engineering, Technip, Samsung Engineering, Hyundai heavy industries, Fluor

Some bullet points:

- We are looking for Electrical Engineer only.

- Must have experience into site visits.

- Candidate should have experience into EHS more than quality.

- Combo of civil and electrical engineer is preferable.

- Team handling experience is must.

- Must have exposure in remote sites.

- Must have Audit exposure, global exposure.

- Quality and EHS refresher training sessions experience

- Green Belt or Black Belt certification will be added advantage

Area of responsibility: -

- Drive Customer Satisfaction and centricity in Regional Execution Center, and ensure the customer experience and requirements are well taken in account during all the Project Execution.

- Drive CS&Q processes and quality excellence within Execution Center perimeter (from Suppliers to Customers), understand customer quality requirement and communicate to suppliers/sub-contractors

- Drive Quality Management System of the Execution Center including project quality plan, site quality requirement, assessment, internal audits & certification

- Drive and implement the Global directives and policies, and as part of the CS&Q and Customer Project Transformation Networks ensure Execution Center's needs are understood and considered

- Drive EHS System in Regional Execution Center including Project EHS plan, safety process mobilization at Project site and promote EHS culture

Scope & Environment :

If required, take part of major opportunities/projects gate reviews.

- Consolidate all Non-Quality Costs and EHS issues, and drive improvement actions with operational teams.

- Manage the Solution Net Promoter Score (Sol-NPS) KPI performance, and support surveys, reporting and analysis in line with the global process.

- Ensure the effective management of Detractors, and the elimination of the reasons of their dissatisfaction

- Ensure setup and execution of relevant action plans to improve customer satisfaction and experience, on priority topics

- Provide Tender support, manage EHS planning for Projects, ensure safe execution on site and impart necessary training and supervision with Subcontractors at site

- Identify & capitalize on best practices and lessons learned. Ensure the right level of competency for the teams. Be a part of global QEHS &CSat network.

2. Change management abilities and continuous improvement mindset

3. Ability to communicate, influence& convince in a complex matrix organization
